When your offer is accepted, we prepare and submit the full application with the best-matching lender. We collect all required documents — employment contract, payslips, BSN, ID, residence permit, 30% ruling decision if applicable — and handle communication with the lender.
4. Mortgage offer review
You receive the binding mortgage offer. We review it with you in detail so you understand every clause before signing.
5. Notary & keys
We coordinate with the notary so the closing runs smoothly. Then you receive the keys to your new home.
